Usually I write with a focus around Photoshop CS2 tutorials and Photoshop CS3 tutorials, but I figure this just had to be mentioned to everyone.
A good friend of mine teaches at a local college and was asking me today about some of the places out there where students, teachers, etc can purchase Adobe Photoshop and other software.
