Photoshop CS2 Tutorials and Photoshop CS3 Tutorials - Photoshop for Photographers
Many of us Photoshop users out there are also professional or amateur photographers who are looking for Photoshop CS2 tutorials, or Photoshop CS3 tutorials, on how to first shoot a quality image with a digital camera, then retouch the image or add it into our logo and graphic designs.
A colleague of mine and I were sitting down the other day discussing a few photographers I took while I was attending a wedding event that ended up with a slight blur effect due to poor lighting conditions.
We started discussing various methods on how this could be corrected at which point he mentioned a book/tutorial video he came across while searching the Internet. It is called “Adobe Photoshop CS3 for Photographers” by Martin Evening.
The book’s highlights read as:
“Adobe Photoshop CS3 for Photographers begins with an introduction to all the new features in Photoshop CS3, followed by an overview of the Photoshop interface and the fundamentals of how to use Photoshop, followed by how to configure and optimize your computer’s performance to run the program and then it dives straight into the essentials of image editing. The basic pixel image editing chapter outlines how to work with all the basic image adjustment tools that are in the program, some of which have been there since the very beginning. The following chapter then goes on to explain the alternative options such as when you use Camera Raw in Photoshop to process your digital capture images.”
After reading more it sounds like an ideal candidate for us amateur photographers out there who want to learn how to retouch our digital pictures!Adobe Photoshop CS3 for Photographers: A Professional Image Editor’s Guide to the Creative use of Photoshop for the Macintosh and PC
Would love to hear your opinions and how it works for you.
