Photoshop CS2 Tutorials and Photoshop CS3 Tutorials - Photoshop and Website Design Templates
I use this site as an informative site for Photoshop CS2 tutorials and Photoshop CS3 tutorials, but at times I enjoy sharing with you all of the great resource sites for content and information out there too.
A large part of my time when creating websites for people is designing the overall look and feel of the website to define the template that I will use for the website. This involves creating a new image in Photoshop in a standard 800×600 format, reviewing it with the client, modifying the image, or in the worst case, start all over.
Today I am sharing a resource site that most of you will find very useful since most of us use Photoshop for photography and website development.
BoxedArt.com offers a wide selection of graphic products for a variety of needs. They offer complete web templates and website interfaces for webmasters and businesses that are looking to save time and money on the look, appearance, and layout of their website. These designs can be edited with most HTML editing software, but can also contain some advanced features, such as PSD (Photoshop) files for more advanced customization. BoxedArt also offers high quality characters and images that are suitable for website design, commercial printing, presentations, brochures, newsletters, reports, etc.
Their products are delivered in a variety of formats. Some come in vector formats (.eps and .wmf), some in high quality raster jpg with high DPIs, some in PSD (Photoshop) format, some in CDR format(Corel Draw 10), some in Macromedia Flash 6/MX (FLA and SWF) and some come as HTML files with images sliced to fit the design. Additionally, many of their templates now include blank jpgs or gifs for easy customization.
You should check either the individual image description, or read the descriptive paragraph at the top of each category page to determine what is in the product that you are interested in for the exact description of what type of files are included with that specific graphic.
